Hello My name is Thanapat but you can call me Tenten for short. I studied in EIP Bangkok Christian College. I came to America for being an exchange student in the year 2019-2020 in Spray Oregon. I choose to be an exchange student because of I want to improve my English skill and gain some experience.

In America I studied in Spray high school as a sophomore(G10).I live in a dorm with 5 other exchange boys(Russia,Korea,China,Vietnam and Mexico) and my host mom and dad. My host family both are semi-retired teachers. My host dad “Ed”He teaches Spanish and Photography, my host mom “Connie” she teaches Art and Wood Shop .My roommate is the boy from Russia his name is Nick. He sometime annoying and make us all in trouble but he is so nice with me. I and nick like to go playing football(soccer) in the field together on break time or after school. At first I don’t want to play any sports but he motivated me to play and we have had  a lot of fun. During Autumn I joined school basketball team in a junior team. I’m happy to be a part of the basketball team. I didn’t do anything much for the team but at least I participated a school activities. I think the subjects in American Schools aren’t that hard. The American students they get friendly and they not insult other students, I enjoy having good time with them and my exchange brothers. In March 2020, I visited Los Angeles with other exchange students around the US. This probably be my greatest vacation in my life.I visited many place in LA like Venice beach and Santa Monica, it was a place that I was dreamed to visit. Before I came back to Thailand I try track and field and twisted my ankle and I need to wore my cast back to Thailand.

Finally, I think being an exchange student is one of the greatest life experiences that you will never forget. In my opinion this year is the greatest year of my whole life. I learn and gain many things that make myself a more better person than before. I recommended you to try to be an exchange student because this kind of life experiences isn’t easy to find.
